Enterprise software is a large field, with many different approaches. On the one side you have organisations who simply figure it out as they go along. They are the practical ones, who believe in solving problems when they become too big to ignore. The other side of the scale is filled with theorists and methodologists who have a range of carefully engineered solutions to problems that will probably never occur. In the world of enterprise software, your worth is measured by the number and size of projects you've worked on. The most important aspect being the number of projects where you have played a leading role. As an independent consultancy, Innisfree Solutions relies heavily on the past experiences of its founders. These experiences include playing the roles of Data Architect, Business Analyst/Architect and QA Manager at clients as varied as:

  • The South African Police Service (SAPS)
  • The Gauteng Shared Services Centre (GSSC)
  • The Integrated Justice System of South Africa (IJS)
  • The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) of South Africa
  • The South African Revenue Service (SARS)

By combining such past experiences from the dark ages before the existence of Innisfree with our renewed vigor for honest advice and technical expertise, Innisfree is able to offer significant value to our current and future clients.

One such example is a client who recently requested a vendor-neutral comparison between IBM Lotus Forms and Adobe LiveCycle Forms ES. With our experience in both of these fields, combined with a reputation of brutal honesty, we were able to provide the client with the best possible advice, both technically and from a business perspective.
